From the airport

If we arrived by plane, from the Gerona airport there are buses every hour, since 04:30 in the morning until 00:30 at night. The companies responsible for this transport are Barcelona Bus-Sagales and Sarfa Bus (Sarbus). These buses lead passengers up to the bus station in the city of Gerona. Once there, we have two options to take a bus to go to Cadaques, the sevice is only available from Monday to Friday, or to take a train to Figueres.

By the way, the bus station of Girona is located just in front of the train station, thus, there is no possible loss. Public transport

Once in Figueres the traveller can take a bus to Cadaques, just across the plaza from the station is the bus station; where you can acquire, tickets for trip to Cadaques from a company called Sarfa.

Generally, there are three daily buses, while during the summer season schedules will extend . From Barcelona the traveller can take a bus up to Cadaqués from North station, where through Sarfa company you can buy the tickets to Cadaques. By road

We need to abandon the AP-7 motorway at exit 4 (Figueres – Roses) coming from Barcelona or by exit 3 , coming from France,( Figueres north) and continue on the road C-260 to Roses. Before entering Roses take the indicators to the local road GI-614, which ends in the same Cadaqués. The journey from Figueres to Cadaques is approximately 45 minutes.

The other option is to abandon A7 motorway on those exits and take road N-260 towards Port de la Selva, in the entrance of this village we take road Gi-613 and follow the signs to cadaques, from Port to cadaques there is about 13 km, a 20 minutes journey.
